Park Café

Paper Jet had the pleasure of redesigning Park Café’s logo. We came up with a little pink acorn design with hand drawn type. Business and loyalty cards (with a little acorn stamp) followed and now we are busy with their new website design. We also had a stamp made for them, to use on paper or packaging. Go have a coffee or delicious snack at Park Café in Parkwood and check out their new logo!

Design Indaba as Emerging Creatives

What a week we had! Design Indaba 2012 was amazing! Thank you to the organisers of the Emerging Creatives section. Here is some pics of our stand. Thank you for all the positive feedback and even wanting to buy our display goodies.

Thank you to Maike and Travis for their beautiful shelf! http://welovepictures.blogspot.com/

Paper Jet goodies at Remedy*

Remedy* now stock some Paper Jet products! The store is located at 70 Juta, on the corner of Juta and De Beer streets in Braamfontein.

We absolutely love the store. It’s filled with clean and beautiful resurrected furniture, prints and amazing decor. Jessica and Jean, who own and run the Remedy* are the friendliest people you’ll ever meet.

We thought we’d do something special for our first Remedy* order, so we designed a little display stand to hold our products.

Green Elephant Collective

The Green Elephant Collective online store has launched.

The Green Elephant Collective was founded in 2011 as an online resource and shopping platform for South African made green designs and lifestyle products.

Paper Jet products are available to purchase through the site.
We have to give credit to our good friends Justin & Candice, who took some of the beautiful product shots for us. See their work here and here.

Paper Jet Designs and Illustrations at The Green Grass Shop

We stopped by The Green Grass Shop on 4th Ave in Parkhurst today to take a few snapshots of some of the products that were designed by Paper Jet and that feature illustrations by us too. Here are the pics.

Really cute owl necklaces.

Oh Snap! cameras.

Full figure window display puppets, named Ben and Emilie. They are currently holding hands in the spirit of Valentines Day.

The Green Grass Shop is full of amazing gifts for Valentines day.

Valentines day cards

These sweet little valentines day cards come with little badges.

Yellow Bird cards

We were thrilled when The Yellow Bird Project emailed us to ask if we’d like to design and create cards for them to send to all their clients.

We stuck closely to their brand guidelines and also added a bit of our own flair. The cards double up as a decoration that can be hung up.

Here’s how it turned out.

Check out The Yellow Bird Project’s story. They are a real amazing bunch and very pleasant to work with.

Hello Harbour logo

Hello Harbour asked us to design them a new logo. They wanted something that looked handmade and gave us loads of creative freedom. Here’s what we came up with:

They were very delighted with the different options we gave them and eventually settled for this one:

Hello Harbour is an awesome creative duo from Jo’burg. Go check out their photography and fun stop frame animations here.

Abby & Ross

Abby & Ross were at this year’s Food Wine Design fair. Their stand featured a great variety of amazing children’s products including our Paper And Pencil Challenge and Monster’s Day Off books as well as our mobile and a few more items.

We designed this cool stand to display our products. The stand was laser cut by Green Grass Design.

Christmas gift tags

These little guys have something cute to say.

Printed on beautiful paper, they come in packs of 5. Available at Abby & Ross at this year’s Food Wine Design fair
